Jansen Walsh & Grace

The practice was established by Chris Jansen and Tony Walsh, who set up practice at 606 Canterbury Road, Vermont under the firm name of Jansen Walsh & Associates in about 1981 before moving to the current premises. Chris Jansen continued the practice after Tony Walsh retired. The practice was acquired by Garry Grace on 17 November 1984. The practice was renamed the practice Jansen, Walsh and Grace.  Chris Jansen continued as a consultant until he retired some time later. Garry retired exactly 30 years later on 17 November 2014. The practice continues at the same premises as it did almost 40 years ago.

The practice has provided services for 40 years to two generations, with the adult children of the original clients continuing to retain Jansen Walsh & Grace.  Many clients still recall the services which were provided to them by Chris Jansen and Tony Walsh in 1981.

We are currently involved in cases in the Court of Appeal (one case), the Supreme Court (six cases), the Federal Circuit Court, the Magistrates' Court and the Building and Property List of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

We store many of the wills from Tony O'Brien Legal in Ferntree Gully.

Many of the former clients of Vaughan Kelly & Associates, Davies & Gullquist, Commercial Tenancy Advisers and Del Monaco Wootton & Co in Heathmont have moved across to us.

As our current principal served in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps, we are closed each ANZAC Day as a mark of respect to the fallen.
